Water cooling vulcanizer--vulcanizing equipment and tools for repairing and splicing conveyor belt. It's also called vulcanizing press, vulcanizer machine, hot vulcanizing press, or conveyor belt vulcanizing press.
Technical Parameters:
1. Vulcanization pressure: 1.0-2.0 Mpa; 2. Vulcanization temperature: 145 C ; 3. Difference in surface temperature of vulcanized plate: ± 5 degree; 4. Calefactive time (at normal temperature to 145 ): ≤30 mins; 5. Power supply voltage: 220V to 660 v; 50/60 Hz; 3Ph;6. Output power of Electronic Control Cabinet ≤36 KW; 7.
